Prevention & treatment of breast cancer
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide. However, this type of cancer can be cured very well without any lasting damage if identified in an early stage. The earlier the cancer is detected, the greater are its chances of being cured. Therefore, it is important for every woman to undergo a screening investigation every two years from the age of 40 onward. In collaboration with Radiology Oberdöbling, Rudolfinerhaus Private Clinic offers all services for the early detection of breast cancer. In case of suspected cancer, prompt action is of utmost importance. Therefore, at our Breast Health Centre we ensure that it takes you just one week to move from the diagnosis to the treatment– thanks to efficient collaboration between diagnostic imaging, in-house histology, and breast cancer experts. We offer you a large number of specialists, including the top experts in Austria for breast cancer. Your specialist accompanies and navigates you expertly through all phases of the screening and treatment process.
