What are the opening hours?
During opening hours from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. (except holidays) you can come to our Private Outpatient Clinic with any problems upon prior arrangement. In case of serious situations such as a heart attack or a stroke, call an ambulance! For specialists’ consultation, prior arrangment is necessary! Please contact us so that we can arrange the adequate specialist for you.
Where do I find the Private Outpatient Clinic?
Please register at the outpatient admission first. You find it on the ground floor left of the main entrance. Examinations take place in the Private Outpatient Clinic on the first floor.
Do you offer aftercare?
You can make follow-up appointments with our doctor.
I do not have private health insurance. Can I use the Private Outpatient Clinic?
Of course. The Private Outpatient Clinic is available for all patients. You can use our services and pay them yourself. In any case, costs have to be covered by yourself and you can then present them to your insurer for refund.
I have private health insurance. You does invoicing work?
Please check with your insurance company if costs are covered.
You will have to bear the costs and may submit these to your insurance as a consultation with a doctor of your choice. Many health insurance funds and additional insurance companies offer a variety of refund options.
How will I get my results?
Results are sent to your postal address after the examinations.
Do I have to bring my e-card?
Please bring your e-card. If you do not present your e-card we must charge a deposit of 300 € (for a consultation with a general practitioner) and 500 € (for a consulation with a specialist and additional exams). Should you not have an Austrian e-card, you must pay the costs before the exam in the outpatient billing department:

- An ATM is available in the lobby
- Debit cards
- Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express
What is the estimated cost?
Fees are in line with market rates for consultations with a doctor of your choice. Specialists are responsible for their fees. Additional diagnostic services such as laboratory tests or ECG are charged separately.
Can I pay right away?
If you have an e-card, the invoice will be sent to you together with your results by post. If you prefer, you can pay your bill after your examination in the outpatient billing department.
Are interpreters available?
For patients who speak little or no German or English, we offer interpreters to facilitate communication with our medical staff. If needed, please let us know when you make your appointment. You are also welcome to bring your own interpreter. We provide your medical results in English free of charge. For other languages standard translation fees are charged.
